Signing up for a virtual office is easy, and we can get started on-line. The information we are required to collect is set by federal guidelines so we may offer our services to you.

If you would prefer to come in for a visit and sign-up  in person, that is great too, just give us a call @ (727) 369-6116 to set an appointment.

Easy Setup Process

Our goal is to get you upand running with your virtual office quickly and efficiently. Here is what is required:

Step 1

The US Government requires that we submit the  information at right to act as your agent in collecting mail and to provide you with a physical address for mail delivery.

If you would prefer to print and submit the official form via fax or bring it in, you can find it on the Postal Service website here.

Step 2

We are required to verify your identity to act as your agent. We will contact you to determine the most convenient method of verification. We are happy to schedule an office visit, or handle via email or fax.

Step 3

We will collect your setup and first month’s payment, and coordinate how you would like to be charged moving forward.

Step 4

We will complete your virtual office setup and provide you with all details, such as phone number, and coordinate your desired mail and messaging preferences.
