Conference Rooms: Information and Scheduling

We offer comfortable, well-equipped conference rooms with great amenities for both new and existing clients.

Once you provide us with your meeting needs and details, we will get back with you promptly to confirm the details of your booking.

Whether you are hosting a small conference call or need to do a corporate training, we have you covered. We have a variety of meeting rooms that can handle small groups as well as larger conference and ‘classroom’ setups that can handle up to 25 people.

Booking Prices

Whether you are a new or existing client, we are happy to take your room request and provide an exact cost based on the size of room and amenities that you will need.

Our conference and meeting room prices begin at $37.50 / hour, however we offer favorable rates for half, full-day, weekly, and after-hours bookings.

Material Reception

If you need to have materials shipped to our location before your meeting, we are happy to receive and hold them for you free of charge. Please let us know what to expect, and have your materials sent to our address below.

Dining

We are happy to help arrange catering if you would like lunch brought in. Other nearby options include a deli next door to our office, and several restaurant options from fast-food to fine dining within a 5 minute drive.
